SPICED TOMATO CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS: British tomatoes
(70%), British organic cyder vinegar,
British sugar, British onions,
organic black mustard seeds,
organic nigella seeds, organic fennel
seeds, organic cumin seeds, organic
coriander seeds, organic red chilli,
Yorkshire rapeseed oil, British
PIZZA: Spread thinly over a pizza base, add prosciutto,
sprinkle with blue cheese, melt in the oven and scatter
with fresh rocket. Mind-blowingly good.
BEETROOT & ORANGE CHUTNEY
SALAD DRESSING: For a spectacular accompaniment
to cold meats or smoked trout, simply add a spoonful
to your salad dressing.
PESTO SAUCE: Whizz up with fresh dill, olive oil
and crème fraîche for a gloriously pink, piquant pesto
for pasta or fish
WITH PRAWNS: Enjoy a taste explosion: spoon into filo parcels, stir-fry, or spread into a sandwich
layered with rocket. Wow!
BARBECUE: For a mouth-watering marinade, coat chicken wings with a blend of chutney, olive oil
and lemon juice. (You’re dribbling. Here, have a tissue.)
RED ONION CHUTNEY
EASY STARTER: Dollop a rich spoonful onto goats’ cheese and bake in the oven; serve with warm, crusty
bread and a walnut salad. Deliciously quick!
MAIN COURSE: Work a generous spoonful into your home-made beef burgers before popping under the grill
or on the barbecue. Then bite into a bit of heaven.
